Services

Genki Dent provides in-shop and mobile paintless dent repair (“PDR”) services in Lynnwood, Washington, and throughout the Greater Seattle area.

PDR is intended to reshape damaged vehicle panels while preserving the existing finish. Not all damage is suitable for PDR. Cracked or missing paint, stretched or torn metal, rust, plastic bumpers, previous body filler, inaccessible panels, and certain collision damage may prevent complete repair or require conventional bodywork.

Submitting an estimate request does not create a binding service agreement. A service agreement is formed only after Genki Dent has evaluated the vehicle, confirmed the work and price, and accepted the repair appointment.

Estimates and Photos

The website’s instant estimator provides only a preliminary price range based on the information selected by the user. It is not a final quote or guaranteed price.

When you submit vehicle information, descriptions, or photographs, you authorize Genki Dent to review that information and contact you regarding the requested service.

Photo-based estimates are good-faith preliminary estimates. Final pricing may change after an in-person inspection if the damage, panel material, access requirements, prior repairs, paint condition, number of dents, or other relevant conditions differ from the information initially provided.

You represent that the information and photographs you submit are accurate and that you own the vehicle or are authorized to request work on it.

Repair Expectations

Genki Dent will use reasonable professional care when performing an accepted repair. However, no specific cosmetic result is guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

Some damage may only be improved rather than completely eliminated. Factors affecting the result can include the depth and location of the dent, stretched metal, panel composition, paint condition, previous repairs, and access behind the panel.

Before work begins, Genki Dent may explain anticipated limitations and request authorization to proceed. Any separate written estimate, repair authorization, invoice, warranty, or service agreement will control if it conflicts with these website Terms.

Vehicle Access and Mobile Service

For mobile service, you agree to provide:

• A safe and legally accessible work location;
• Adequate space around the vehicle;
• Permission to work at the selected property;
• Reasonable protection from unsafe weather or working conditions; and
• Access to the vehicle at the scheduled time.

Genki Dent may decline or reschedule mobile service if the location, weather, lighting, vehicle condition, or another circumstance makes the repair unsafe or impractical.

You authorize Genki Dent to access and move the vehicle as reasonably necessary to inspect or perform the approved repair. You should remove valuables and personal belongings from relevant work areas before service.

Appointments, Cancellations, and Payment

Appointment requests are not confirmed until accepted by Genki Dent. Pricing and payment terms will be communicated before or at the time of service. Payment is due as stated on the applicable estimate or invoice.

Applicable taxes, additional authorized work, special access requirements, parts removal, or other agreed charges may be added to the final invoice. Any cancellation, deposit, missed-appointment, refund, or payment policy communicated during scheduling or included in a written estimate will form part of the service agreement.

Insurance

Genki Dent may assist with insurance-related paintless dent repair, but does not guarantee that an insurer will approve or pay any claim. Insurance coverage and claim decisions are controlled by the applicable insurance company and policy. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the vehicle owner remains responsible for charges not paid by an insurer.

SMS and Text Messages

If you provide your mobile number and affirmatively select the SMS consent option, you consent to receive service-related text messages from Genki Dent. Messages may include estimate follow-up questions, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, repair-status notifications, responses to messages you send, and other communications related to your requested service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply START to resubscribe or HELP for assistance. You may also contact Genki Dent at (425) 699-3705.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use text messaging for emergencies. SMS communications may not be completely secure.

Telephone and Email Communications

When you provide a telephone number or email address, you authorize Genki Dent to contact you regarding your estimate request, appointment, repair, payment, or other service-related matters. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and notifying Genki Dent if it changes.

Submitted Content

You retain ownership of photographs and other content you submit. You grant Genki Dent permission to store, copy, review, and use submitted content as reasonably necessary to provide estimates, communicate with you, document a repair, prevent fraud, and operate the business.

Genki Dent will not use identifiable customer photographs for advertising or public promotional purposes without any permission required by applicable law.

Acceptable Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not submit false or misleading information; impersonate another person; attempt to access restricted systems; interfere with website security; introduce harmful code; scrape content using unauthorized automated tools; or use the website in violation of law or another person’s rights.

Genki Dent may restrict access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect the business, website, or other users.

Intellectual Property

All original content on genkident.com—including its text, photographs, before-and-after images, graphics, branding, logo, layout, and design—is owned by or licensed to Genki Dent and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view the website for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, scrape, mirror, sell, modify, or create derivative works from website content without prior written permission from Genki Dent or the applicable rights holder.

Third-Party Services

The website may contain links to third-party services, including maps, social-media platforms, communications providers, and embedded content. Those services are independently operated and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. The website and instant estimator are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Website descriptions and example results do not guarantee that a particular vehicle or dent is suitable for PDR.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genki Dent will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages resulting solely from use of—or inability to use—the website or instant estimator.

For claims arising from an accepted repair, any limitation of liability will be governed by the applicable repair authorization, invoice, warranty, and Washington law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or violation of applicable consumer-protection law.

Privacy

Use of the website is also subject to Genki Dent’s Privacy Policy and any applicable SMS privacy notice. Please review those policies to understand how personal information, photographs, vehicle information, and communications are collected, used, stored, and disclosed.

Changes to These Terms

Genki Dent may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Changes apply prospectively after publication. Continued use of the website following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes concerning the website or services will be resolved in the state or federal courts serving Snohomish County, Washington.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will remain in effect.
