Information collected automatically

When you use the website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, and dates and times of visits. We do not request payment-card or bank-account information through the website’s estimate form. If electronic payment is offered separately, the applicable payment provider may collect payment information under its own privacy policy.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose this information to service providers that help us deliver messages, but only as necessary to provide the messaging service or as required by law.

Telephone and Email Communications

If you provide a telephone number or email address, we may contact you about your estimate request, appointment, repair, payment, or other service-related matters. You may ask us to stop nonessential follow-up communications by replying to us or using the contact information below.

Photographs and vehicle information submitted through the estimate form are used to evaluate damage, prepare an estimate, communicate with you, document service, maintain business records, and resolve questions or claims.

We will not publicly use an identifiable customer photograph for advertising or promotional purposes without any permission required by applicable law. Before uploading photographs, please remove or obscure unrelated sensitive information where practical, such as people, documents, house numbers, or other personal details appearing in the background.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing estimates and repairs, maintaining business and warranty records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting tax, accounting, insurance, and legal obligations.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the reason it was collected. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.
