Genki Dent (“Genki Dent,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit genkident.com, use our instant estimator, request an estimate, upload photographs, or communicate with us by text message, telephone, or email.

Information you provide

When you request an estimate, schedule service, or contact us, we may collect:

  • Your name, telephone number, and email address;
  • Vehicle information, including year, make, and model;
  • Information about the dent, affected panel, paint condition, repair location, or other damage details;
  • Photographs you upload of the vehicle or damage;
  • Your appointment and service preferences;
  • Your SMS opt-in status and communication history; and
  • Other information you voluntarily include in a message or form.

Information collected automatically

When you use the website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, and dates and times of visits. This information may be collected through cookies, pixels, server logs, and similar technologies.

We do not request payment-card or bank-account information through the website’s estimate form. If electronic payment is offered separately, the applicable payment provider may collect payment information under its own privacy policy.

SMS and Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile number and affirmatively opt in, Genki Dent may send transactional and service-related text messages, including estimate follow-up questions, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, repair-status notifications, and responses to messages you send.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive one final confirmation message. Reply START to resubscribe or HELP for assistance, or contact us at (425) 699-3705.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose this information to service providers that help us deliver messages, but only as necessary to provide the messaging service or as required by law.

Telephone and Email Communications

If you provide a telephone number or email address, we may contact you about your estimate request, appointment, repair, payment, or other service-related matters. You may ask us to stop nonessential follow-up communications by replying to us or using the contact information below.

  • Service providers: vendors that provide website hosting, forms, photo storage, analytics, communications, scheduling, payment processing, information technology, or similar operational services;

Photographs and Vehicle Information

Photographs and vehicle information submitted through the estimate form are used to evaluate damage, prepare an estimate, communicate with you, document service, maintain business records, and resolve questions or claims.

We will not publicly use an identifiable customer photograph for advertising or promotional purposes without any permission required by applicable law. Before uploading photographs, please remove or obscure unrelated sensitive information where practical, such as people, documents, house numbers, or other personal details appearing in the background.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing estimates and repairs, maintaining business and warranty records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting tax, accounting, insurance, and legal obligations.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the reason it was collected. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no website, electronic transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
